Once an order has been placed, we aim to process it the same day. Usually, this takes one working day during the week, but if you place your order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched. The average delivery time for items in stock is 1 - 3 working days. For items not currently in stock, delivery may take up to 3 weeks from the date of your order. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays and seasonal sales, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased shipping volumes.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

We ship to the UK via express delivery for fast and reliable service.

Delivery time: Your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays and seasonal sales, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased shipping volumes.

Customs & Import Duties: Following Brexit, orders shipped to the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Tracking: All express shipments include tracking so you can follow your order from our warehouse to your door.


Shipping to USA & Canada

We ship to the United States and Canada via express delivery for fast and reliable service.

Delivery time: Your order will typically arrive within 5-7 business days after dispatch. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays and seasonal sales, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased shipping volumes.

Customs & Import Duties: Please note that orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential fees.

Tracking: All express shipments include tracking so you can monitor your order every step of the way.


Placing an Order

Ordering at Soixante Treize is simple and straightforward. First, go to the product page and add the item you want to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

Make sure you have selected the correct size and color variants. If everything is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout.” On the information page, you will need to enter your delivery details, please make sure they are correct. Once completed, click on “Continue to Shipping.”

On the Shipping page, you can review your delivery details once more. We offer free shipping on all orders above €100. For orders below €100, standard shipping rates will apply. Once checked, click ''Proceed to Payment.''


Payment Options

At Soixante Treize, all payment methods are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a safe and secure payment environment. You can choose from the following payment options:

We offer free shipping on orders over €100. For orders under €100, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
